Rob's practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy and clean technology transactions and general corporate law. He acts for listed and private companies based in Australia and overseas on cross-border and domestic transactions and projects, with particular experience in renewable energy and clean technology transactions and private M&A.

Rob is also a member of our BakerDNA committee and is involved in a range of pro bono work. He has also attended a broad range of our global programs throughout his career.
