Ampol is inviting you to be part of their excellent 2-year program within the Energy Solutions division. As an Energy Solutions Engineer Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to dive into a breadth of experience across the division and work on real projects that make an impact.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team and will contribute to the transformational phase of the business using and deploying new technologies to their customers. This role offers flexibility to work from home.
Are you a highly motivated graduate currently studying for a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering?
To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. They seek individuals who showcase outstanding complex problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and enjoy working in a team environment.
The Energy Solutions Graduate will be a well-rounded individual who can bridge the gap between technical and commercial aspects and will have a keen interest in renewable technology.
You will have excellent academic results, be curious to learn and be eager to develop your professional career.

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete four 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of the Leaders and teams. In my current department, each day is different as the nature of the work and department is extremely dynamic and inconsistent. In other departments the pace of work has been slower and more consistent. The challenge in my role has been adjusting to the pace of each department.
