The company is inviting two highly motivated graduates currently studying a Finance-related discipline, Organizational Psychology, or Data Science graduates to join an excellent 2-year program within its finance business unit. As a Finance Graduate, the candidate will have the unique opportunity to interact and be involved with all different areas of the company's multi-faceted business.
The candidate will be part of a dynamic team that operates in an agile environment and engages with a diverse stakeholder group of an ASX-listed business.
Hired on a permanent full-time basis, the candidate will complete 6-month rotations across the respective business units where they will learn and develop under the guidance of the company's Leaders and teams. They are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation.
To be successful, the candidate must be entering their final year of study in 2024 or have completed their undergraduate degree within the past two years, with availability to start full-time employment in February 2025. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding analytical and complex problem-solving skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to challenge and ask probing questions. Proficiency in digital and technological tools is preferred, including coding, Power BI, and exposure to AI, ML, or RPA.
The candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, and while project management experience is beneficial, it is not required. A strong academic record, a curious mindset, and a keen desire to build a professional career are essential qualities for this role.
