What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Very good
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2024
Generally very competitive
Graduate, Brisbane - 03 Sep 2024
Really good pay and bonuses that are really fair.
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Jun 2024
It's the same pay I received elsewhere. But the trade off is opportunities to move within a larger organisation.
Graduate, Perth - 27 Jun 2024
Technology graduates were told we are all locked into the same pay by Talent and Culture. We were told this applies to all, but I have heard from my peers otherwise and too keep quiet about it. So I know for a fact this isn't the case. So how is this really fair? I would have liked the opportunity to negotiate my salary. While it is fair to some, it invalidates others efforts. I feel like I may have wasted my time doing extra work to build an experience portfolio as a graduate (which we were told to do to improve our chances), especially if we would all be graded the same. Which I find odd, because once we roll off we will not be held to this same level of equality. My thoughts are I could be paid more for my efforts based on the companies own grade expectations. I have basic needs that I cannot afford, such as a new winter coat, new undergarments, and basic life care. I feel extremely undermined and will consider other companies because of this.

Grad salary is pretty low if I'm honest but post program this makes the bonus feel pretty good.
Graduate, Melbourne - 26 Jun 2024
The pay is good but I do not have much knowledge about bonuses yet.

If I knew the pay scale, I may have been more motivated to finish university earlier! It's in line with the rest of the banking industry.
Graduate, Sydney - 26 Jun 2024
Pay is good, can be higher
Graduate, Melbourne - 25 Mar 2022
The pay is fairly standard, there might be more retention if it was above average.
Graduate, Melbourne - 25 Mar 2022
Salary - Competitive with other potential places of employment Bonuses - current company is not competitive
Graduate, Melbourne - 25 Mar 2022

Good grad salary
Graduate, Melbourne - 27 Jan 2022
Pay as a graduate is competitive, and from what I can see, ANZ pay competitively across the bank.
Graduate, Brisbane - 24 Jan 2022
Graduates get paid quite well comparatively to traditional accounting/finance/business firms. Bonus is relevant to the bank's performance that year, however graduates do receive a bonus
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jan 2022
I think it's a really generous starting salary for an entry-level role.
Graduate, Sydney - 17 Jan 2022
I believe I am paid very well and was not expecting a bonus as a graduate, yet I received one.
Graduate, Perth - 17 Jan 2022
My role isn't permanent/senior enough for me to comment. I believe it is a good starting salary.
Graduate, Brisbane - 17 Jan 2022
