Csr is in the lifeblood of this company. they have made several positive steps forward with regard to sustainability and the environment in recent years.

I haven't worked on any but there is the gender action plan that comes to mind which is for getting more female employees into the higher up roles and into jobs they might seem not a right fit for.

A wide range of social initiatives & targets relative to traditional minority groups in the workforce. working towards electronic vehicles & waste reduction which is hard to do in the logistics industry. transparency & openness to change.

Large drive towards environmental sustainability as well as significant funding of community initiatives (with a dedicated department)
