ASIC prides itself on an extremely diverse workforce

ASIC places a heavy focus on diversity and there are several networks setup for women in ASIC and other minority groups - ethnic groups, LGBTI, people with disabilities both mental and physical. Events are held throughout the year to raise awareness and celebrate the diversity of our staff.

There are several diversity committees which work to make the organisation's internal policies and culture as diverse and inclusive as possible. Flexible working hours and conditions mean that working parents are better able to manage their time and responsibilities.

There are social support groups in place to connect people from less privileged backgrounds.

They offer additional support services to assist them in their work, especially with disabled applicants.
