What you’ll do
Communicate, create, and captivate in M&C
As a marketing and communication graduate, you’ll get the opportunity to work with different areas to identify their communication needs. You’ll develop effective solutions to support business outcomes and connect with audiences at the right time, through the right channels with the right messages. Our tailored communications touch all Australians, empowering them to understand and manage their tax and super.
You'll be part of a globally recognised, leading capability and get the opportunity to put your creative mind to the test. You could:
- assist in the design, development and implementation of a range of communications strategies, products and activities
- research, analyse, identify, communicate and tailor communications to audience requirements
- consult and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives
- apply analytical methodologies and tools and evaluate communication strategies to achieve full effectiveness.

- completed your university degree within the last 5 years (1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025)

I am definitely satisfied with my work as it is meaningful, exciting and overall enjoyable. Sometimes the amount of work can be too much and I am working above my capacity.
I am currently in my second rotation with one of teams under Policy Analysis and Legislation. I work on a various type of legal research, and learn to write different types of legal documents. I also work on a project with other graduates to develop a new tax policy.
