BHP has all its standards and protocols in place. It engages indigenous community and commits to work towards sustainable development.

Don't know much about it, but know that there are various initiatives regarding these topics for example Indigenous procurement, decarbonization etc

The produce enough copper in a safe way to ensure electronics can be produced

There are some projects on CSR, and it seems like they do keep it in mind whenever working on new projects. Always take the time to talk /work on csr part, no matter big or small.

The company pledges significant amount of money. Opportunities for employees to get involved in volunteering is restricted.

The Green initiative is big in the company. I havent worked on any personally but i know the solar project is set to go online so and offset a huge chunk of BHPs power generation for the Eastern Pilbara

Company sponsors Foodbank and have been involve in food drive donations personally.

Have worked on none personally. Company is big on reconciliation and sustainability. Have heard from multiple people we could do better in indigenous spend as compared to other similar companies.

Indigenous procurement - 4-month rotation in the team Environmental sustainability Community involvement e.g. donations, partnerships etc

This company has a lot of projects to give back to the communities involved as well as commitments to upskill

Do run events to support causes like Movember and mens mental health. Could do more in the environmental area and school programs

Many internal clubs are sponsored to push initiatives. Most recent was participation in the pride parade.

Lots of sustainability focused initiatives - water saving, renewable energy, waste minimisation etc. Also a lot of cultural initiatives - supporting women and minorities. Nothing that I have personally worked on.

Funding community events, infrastructure and royalties to the communities which BHP works in.

Have not worked on anything personally, but again seems like there is a clear drive from the leadership team towards becoming a more socially responsible corporation.

Outside of sponsoring some local sports events, I haven't seen much.

They have some programs and sponsorship but I'm not sure what they actually do
