I find diverse colleagues in office.

There is a commitment but intrateam diversity is a possible. Overall diversity is fairly good but it is not evenly distributed.

They include more diversity in hires for women, minorities, LGBTIQA+ community. As far as I can tell there is no discrimination when it comes to getting promotions and it is all down to how you showcase yourself. I believe there is a good chunk of maternity leave provided as well.

Not sure about the LGBTIQA+ part, but you can definitely see there's quite a mix of ethnicity and gender here. Quite a few females on higher managerial position, childcare and maternity leave all pretty good.

Can't believe pay gaps still exist in companies which promote equal gendered pay. Many internal groups which support minorities and drive social change. Still examples of where this hasn't been embraces

Diversity goals are stated by upper management, but yet to see how they are going to achieve these. Could do more on programs to attract women into STEM and indigenous programs.

There are lots of discussion around improving diversity which is good - there are not enough considerations for a diverse workforce, however, most facilities on site are still male based and female as an afterthought, for example: - women's PPE cannot be found at safety store - activities in camp are not designed for women, we are lacking space for dancing/yoga/pilates type of exercise

It gives them a go! There are project coordinators on a 2 year teaching program that only have a high school education. This shows their commitment to supporting people who don't have the educational testimar flare/background.
