Salary at BHP

As a graduate I have not given much thought to pay and bonuses as my focus is to learn and grow first, so as of now salary is not my concern.

I am satisfied with my pay. Since this is my first rotation, I still have not got any bonus.

I earn more than enough at the company.

It's depending on location and hour of the work. of course, financial performance round the company to receive good bonuses.

Frankly speaking, I really don't no much about it. May be in future I will get to know more stuff like this. I just know there is a team day for us.

There are lots of benefits given by BHP. Including relocation, discounts in appliances, health insurances, novated leasing, utilities, bank loans etc.

Not much perks tbh, though they do have some employee benefits (Samsung/hp/hotel...) going on, but it really depends on whether you need it or not. Other benefits seems to be quite standard over the whole industry
