Looking at tailings dam, I feel that BHP is extremely committed in working towards safety of human, environment and society. It follows all the step to reduce risk towards tailings dam and cares for environment and safety. It takes Dam safety review annually performs FMA and QRA as a part of GISTM and committed towards it.

Don't know too much about it, but know they have a coffee recycling stand, and provide the 3 bin system. They have reduce the office footprint in line with employee's preference to work from home.
