Working Hours at BHP

As much I know about working hours company is flexible in terms of timing as long as you complete 8 hours anytime in a day. However, company provides flexibility in timings and WFH arrangements.

My work hours are 12 hours but we can take enough breaks. If we feel fatigue, we could also take the fatigue bus that we could go early to our dome.

It's flexible and discussed with 1up. In my team we have a day of the week when everyone is encouraged to be in the office for the team face-to-face meetings. But the other days are flexible.

6am-6pm are the current work hours, management has been quite flexible with this if we need.

Flexible, but only when there is a clear reason even if the work doesn't require office presence.

On site hours are less flexible. Perth office hours are very flexible.

3 days a week normally. 8 hours to 8.5 hours in the office. but happy to work in the office 5 days a week. but can work from home as much as i want.

Very flexible. Leaders are very supportive of us adapting the work schedule to our personal lives. Whether it is something small like a had a bad sleep last night, or something larger like a family death we are encouraged to take the time we need. There is no strict rules about being in the office or at home, and we have the option to do whatever works best on the day/week.

I work 10 hours a day and could go up to 12 on occasion. Most people in my company would have the flexibility to work from home atleast once a week but as a grad I dont get that opportunity in this department as they want me to get as much exposure working on site.

One day from the office and for rest of the week its flexible

Days can tend to be longer to meet deadlines. Workplace flexibility is really good though with WFH options always available.

Manageable but tough

I have a fairly flexible schedule which I find conducive to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Generally, my work hours are from 8 to 4, but there's some flexibility to adjust as needed based on project demands or personal commitments.

Work 12 hr days, 9 days a fortnight, FIFO roster. Company is very flexible.

I am FIFO, so the longer 12 hour days at work fit well for me because when I am at work I eat, sleep, work. But when I am home I get the separation I need and appreciate having the week off instead of just two days.
