My current and previous manager have been excellent

I have only had good experiences with my managers, with them being very supportive of me in my professional development, helping me to take advantage of opportunities and ensuring that my workload is suitable. I find them easy to talk to, and always know that I can reach out whenever if I need assistance.

The managers work directly on the floors with the team members. We use a hot desk system, so sometimes you will be directly seated next to various manages, or even higher level executives. They are very open to discussion and are always only a message away.

My manager is very accessible, a great mentor and very understanding.

i am satisfied with my manager however it has changed 3 times throughout the year. They all have been busy with their own work so it is hard to catch up.

Weekly/monthly newsletters to flow-down any business/project updates. Mentoring is available if asked for. Recognition system is based on recommendations from peers. Highly encouraged and well rewarded.

Direct managers are generally very good, mid level and above tend to be very distant and separated from the actual work being done

The managers are quite good, however there are occasions they are super busy and can't contact them regarding an issue but that's understandable.

I do like my managers. I feel like they are very approachable and provide good guidance with how to take things on in my position. My manager works well through performance feedback and constructive criticism and recognises my efforts in these reviews.

Managers are incredibly supportive. As your manager is not directly involved in the day to day project work they are able to take a more objective look at your career as a whole and how the work you are doing is contributing to your personal success not just team outcomes.

Performance feedback is handled well, time set aside for personal discussions followed by work-orientated discussion Relatively easy to access - usually quite busy but willing to set time aside for you
