We have SANO come up to site at least once a month to talk about mental wellbeing. The EAP assistance program is reiterated a lot. I strongly believe that if i was struggling i would have more than enough people come to my assistance.

They are involved in the community, but it is not their primary focus.

Seem to be doing a good job.
