I feel confident now in knowing that I need to do and have support from my team in my work. I feel like I have a good amount of work and can speak up if I get overwhelmed.

I believe I am given skill appropriate work by my direct manager(s) and regularly provided with opportunities to further my development. Unfortunately this has not been consistent across all teams I have rotated through, but there has been some effort from all teams to see that I have a manageable workload and am introduced to new concepts and areas regularly.

It varies as I am a grad undertaking various rotations.

I am a grad and generally just get given things to do piece-meal. Currently doing training for a new role

I'm never bored! Events, branding, merchandise, collateral, social media, advertising campaigns, budget etc.

Project Management, operational duties, scheduling

Responsible for creation and maintenance of the Issue Register. Assisted with Business Process Mapping and Capability Assessment. Created Future ERP Comparison and assisted with recommendation for the client. Provided research findings on future trends in the marketplace

The day to day responsibilities keep changing as an Associate Consultant depending what project you are working on. And that's what keeps this job so rewarding and interesting! My current role involves helping set up a new division, while my last project was based on project management work - so very different and it allows me to gain experiences and skills in various areas.

A dynamic role, always learning something new every day, new challenges keep coming your way.

Like I mention, it's slow process but opportunities are promising.

I am currently working in a team bidding for new business. This involves a tasks such as writing responses, creating cost models and helping design solutions for clients.

Monitoring and fixing issues related to SAP and B2B integration

Lots and lots of meeting with internal business units and external alliance partners

As an Associate Consultant, I have given opportunities to learn and grow my skills by working across different projects and business functions within consulting, these include IT advisory consulting, testing and app development.

Helping the customers in their digital transformation technically.

Create marketing collateral, assist with bid responses, etc.

- researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating application program needs - writing and maintaining Java and C# program code to meet application requirements, application designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited stand

Working at CSC, I was always given important work that directly affected the operations of the organisation. I was made responsible for vital tasks such as finance reporting and other analysis work that was used by senior management so that they could make decisions. I also had the opportunity to work on a big internal project where the work that I did contributed towards the success of the project.

As part of the Alliances team at CSC, my day to day responsibilities include data analysis to perform pipeline reviews and coordinating and leasing with our Partner Managers.

Coordinate and monitor EAC reports and processes, ensuring that the company is providing accurate representation of revenue generated by major programs to the stock market.
