We’re excited to offer an exciting opportunity to join our PSG team as a Graduate in Standards & Compliance!

As a Standards & Compliance Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting our compliance, governance, and administrative functions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment while working alongside experienced professionals.

Role responsibilities may include: 

  • Assisting with quality, security, environmental compliance and governance processes, and contributing to continuous improve initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support internal audits and reporting.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Supporting internal teams with policy updates, risk assessments, and compliance training.
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance standards.
  • Follow company and client policies, procedures, and best practices with attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated individual with:

  • A keen interest in technology, project management and a desire to continue to develop new skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
