Corporate Social Responsibility at Deloitte Australia

We hold an impact day, where everyone is encouraged to spend the day support a cause they believe in. Deloitte further sponsors it by offering full pay for the day as well. They also partner with various international causes, and have Engage profiles established for people to band together around causes they believe in, within the company. I recently participated in the dream run, where every dollar earned went towards children in poverty so they could afford to go to school.

Every year we have Impact Day, where we go and help different charities or organisations. In addition to that, there are regular programs that are run such as university career fairs.

I might be biased because I am in the energy team, and this company does a lot to solve climate issues. including lowering aircon temperature in winter and raising them in summer. It is so hot here....

Deloitte is involved in multiple charity initiatives and there is an entire day allocated every year for every staff member to make a difference in their surrounding community
