I feel like it is okay, but nothing special. For a graduate role it is about what I expect. For someone at this level, there are no bonuses that I am aware of which is disappointing.
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Jul 2024
It is okay, similar to the limited availability to progress in career, there is also currently limited pay rises.
Graduate, Melbourne - 15 Jul 2024
Unsure, not long enough in company.
Graduate, Sydney - 15 Jul 2024
The pay is better than expected and bonuses are a great opportunity. It's hard to know what to expect when this is your first big job, but through speaking with others on it, I've gotten a firmer handle over time.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Jul 2024
As a graduate the pay is quite good but as you're promoted to consultant and senior consultant is it not much.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Jul 2024
Standard pay for a grad program but not many opportunities for bonuses.
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Jul 2024
The pay is okay at a Graduate level. As we don't receive bonuses, I am not sure about them.
Graduate, Melbourne - 12 Jul 2024
I think that the pay is on-par with other consulting firms for a graduate level. However comparative to finance/banking and other industries for roles at the same level it is well below average. Also no bonuses included in the role means there is little financial incentive to perform.
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Jul 2024
Salary is inclusive of super and is not the best, though its one of the highest offered for grad level in company. Pay needs to be improved, especially when you look to the US salaries at the same company, same level, same work.
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Jul 2024
The pay is not competitive however, seeing the limited responsibilities of the junior staff I understand why.
Intern, Sydney - 06 Feb 2024
The pay can be better for the kind of work we do.
Graduate, Brisbane - 17 Jan 2023
extremely low compared to other companies
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Jan 2023
Pay is not justified for the amount of work that - Bonuses are non-existent unless you're in consulting
Graduate, Sydney - 16 Jan 2023
Transparency is an issue and given it is a Big4, it is known to not pay very well/competitively.
Midlevel, Sydney - 16 Jan 2023
if it could keep up with inflation would be great.
Graduate, Sydney - 16 Jan 2023
Totally low.
Graduate, Canberra - 16 Jan 2023
I don't think the pay reflects the work we perform.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 10 Jan 2023
based on my experience I am limited to apply for more senior roles as I entered via Grad program. Hence the base salary is not acceptable for a person with 8 years worth of industry experience
Experienced, Melbourne - 10 Jan 2023
We don't get bonuses. Pay is OK but significantly less compared to the other big 4 as well as boutique firms. Think the pay could defiantly be increased due to cost of living/inflation/expectations/workload...
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Jan 2023
Too low - not enough bonus incentives!
Graduate, Brisbane - 20 Dec 2022
