As a Graduate with Essential Energy, you will be working as part of a supportive team to kick start your career with our three-year program and be part of exciting projects, using cutting edge technology in an industry that is going through an exciting transition, all while gaining valuable on-the-job experience.

Opportunity

Essential Energy is continuingly evolving and adapting to our business needs, and to support this established the Contract Management Office. As a graduate in this Office, work with a supportive team who have a broad range of experience in industry and commercial contracting. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved in compliance with relevant legislation and policy. You will also gain exposure to other areas within our business such as People & Safety, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Project Management.   

You will undertake a wide variety of duties including supporting the implementation and embedding of contract management frameworks, providing support for contract management practitioners, data analysis and reporting, while building and maintaining relationships, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills in Contract Management.
