Corporate Social Responsibility at EY Australia

I am new to the firm, but I am aware of the EY Ripples program. That is great! I would love to get involved further in the volunteer projects.

Glad to see that EY has a few events to promote inclusivity which I have attended and am happy to be apart of as you feel you are making a difference.

We have a number of local and global opportunities to support CSR initiatives, which are published for individuals to volunteer for. As can be found on our website, we have a strong intent on the importance of CSR and us fulfilling our goal of positively impacting 1 billion lives by 2030.

EY Social Day

EY is carbon negative and on track to reach net zero by 2025

I haven't worked in this specific area but have heard about a number of initiatives.

EY Ripples and Care Day.

We have education programs on diversity, charity matching campaigns and environmentally focused initiatives.

EY has a Ripples program with three key focus areas. The aim is to impact 1 billion lives by 2030.

Paid volunteering time, waste reduction initiatives, corporate blood donation drives, fundraising events such as charity quiz nights, etc.

Diversity and inclusion

They will match donations to any charity. Unsure apart from this. Need more work in environmental and sustainability space - climate change is a big issue that should be discussed more at EY.

Great volunteering opportunities, events etc.

We have a volunteer day every year that is paid

Recycling initiatives, and charity works and guest speakers from these NGOs.
