Reach out to your recruiter if you have any questions or require clarification. The team are very friendly and approachable and are there to help you succeed. The best way to prepare is to understand the core skills required of the stream you are applying for and make sure that you are able to align your skills with what they are seeking.

The best way to prepare is undoubtedly to utilise the tools that are provided to you prior to the interview day. I believe that I was provided with a document that had some mock questions and a way of answering them using the "STAR" method (I believe that was the acronym, it was over 2 years ago). I found writing out and thinking about how I could respond to these example questions really helped me not only answer similar questions on the day but also gave me the confidence that my experience and my attitude would be suitable for the program. This in turn allowed me to relax and just be myself, knowing that I would be suitable if I just showcased my personality and "sold" myself truthfully to the interviewer.
