I am in a role a bit different to the role I actually want to be in, but I have time, support and training to help me move into that role eventually. My role is enjoyable and the day-to-day responsibilities are in line with what I'd expect from the role.

On client site the work is rewarding, and I have a strong sense of ownership.

Mostly working for a client to migrate the data and perform data quality checks

Account management, Project support, sales, dashboarding

Working with teams to identify appropriate goalposts for development within role

My role is a Business Analysis and Scrum Master. My responsibilities are: monitor and track our workflow by using Jira and Confluence in order to make sure we can deliver our features on time and efficiently. Host all scrum ceremonies each week in order to get updates and feedback from team members, also try my best to solve their impediments if they mentioned. Dependency solving is another key part of our work which allows us to solve co-dependency issues with other teams.

Maintaining and monitoring the IT requirements of the GM staff.

Participating through various training modules to develop my skills as a technical professional

I have been learning a variety of software development skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning new things and applying what I've already learned in a solo or group development project

Training on different aspects of BA/BI over 8 weeks. Assessments at the end of each week on the topic covered during that week

As a graduate business analyst- Groom user stories along with acceptance criteria; Fully allocated to the scrum; Expanding high level prioritised requirements; Works closely with the PO to get clarity on the requirements; Validate changes in production post release (strategic); Estimate user stories along with the team; Participate in scrum events i.e. daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retro; Call out risks, assumptions, issues and blockers to the scrum master; Review test scripts and support testing
