Account managers are professional and reply promptly to messages.

Everyone I interact with from FDM that I would consider a manager is good value, easily accessible and pleasant to work with. My on-site line manager is great and I specifically asked to be kept on their team for the foreseeable future.

The trainers will let me know how I am going with a current task and will give me feedback if necessary. I currently do not know my direct manager. I have an idea of who it could be but have minimal communication with him.

Don't see them too much but when I do, they are quite friendly and give good feedback.

Account managers communicate very often and are very approachable Trainers give good feedback and tips which helps in our development - Sometimes expectations are unreasonable - Trainers are given feedback based on weekly topics which is a good thing, but many of them do not change even after getting feedback

The Account Management team are always helpful when preparing us for interviews and are available most hours if I have any questions

Certain members of management work closely with trainees, others not so much
