Very good when it comes to hours, if I need to go to an appointment or something comes up I can move my working hours around as long as I let people know that is happening.

It varies with AM (7am-3pm)/PM (10am-6pm) shifts, however since Covid, we have had more flexibility to work from home. This role also requires a few weekend shifts per year, however it compensates with TIL/Overtime, so win-win.
