This two-day exploratory program will allow you to learn more about our summer internship opportunities and is one of the key pathways for securing a role at Goldman Sachs. Participants will benefit from informative presentations, panel discussions and skill-building workshops, as well as networking opportunities with the Australian Corporate Advisory team.
Penultimate year students across Australia, from all disciplines and backgrounds, are invited to register their interest to gain real-life perspectives from our people in the Corporate Advisory Division. The Corporate Advisory Development Program (CADP) is designed as an interactive, multi-day early immersion program which aims to give participants hands-on experience in Corporate Advisory and showcase the collaborative apprenticeship culture that Goldman Sachs has to offer.

In order to be eligible for the CADP program, please submit your CV, academic transcript and 1-page cover letter once you click 'Register' and are re-directed to the next page. Applicants may also be asked to participate in a phone interview.
Historically, candidates have been fast tracked from CADP directly to the Goldman Sachs Summer Internship Program and candidate performance during the CADP may be used in evaluations for Summer Internship offers.
CADP applications will close at 11:59pm AEDT on February 22, 2025. Selected participants will receive a communication by March 7, 2025.

Eligibility: Applicants should be in their penultimate year of an undergraduate, Masters (excluding MBA) or a Juris Doctor program of any major. All Australia-based students are encouraged to apply. For successful interstate applicants, flights and accommodations to one of the locations will be covered by Goldman Sachs for your attendance in this program
