As a law graduate this heavily depends on which rotation you are in. Some practice areas are busier than others
I work in a mostly supportive role on complex legal matters. I am entrusted with drafting important court documents and correspondence, conducting research and preparing evidence.
Drafting and amending emails, internal documents and court documents. Research into specific areas of law related to disputes.

Even as a graduate, I can work from home. I generally spend 1-2 days at home, which is the norm for most employees (obviously some more, some less, I just prefer to be in office).
The workplace culture is very inclusive, and I really feel like part of a team.
The salary could be higher in comparison to other graduate cohorts.
The very occasional disconnect between partners and lawyers about workflows and opportunities for work.
Some teams are better than others at training and getting grads involved.
The entire office hotdesks (there are no private offices) and sometimes getting a seat in the office can be tricky.
From a graduate perspective, progression in the firm is not yet clear.
