Did the online assessments, one way video interview and came in for the assessment centre. the assessment centre was a good way to see what the company was like

I met over the phone and had an interview with someone from someone from Korn Ferry and then moved on to an in person interview with my now people leader I thought both of these were very positive conversations where I felt they were both genuinely trying to get to know me and I wasn't being seen as just another candidate I think the assessments I completed after the interviews were slightly challenging and I felt quite a time crunch with them - but I understand that's the point of them so I think they were a good fit

It was a good process, firstly there was applying and then phone and online interview. We then had the interview in person at the office, and from there it was finding out if you had gotten the job or not.

Thorough and challenging but very professional and it was enjoyable overall.

Brief phone interview, didn't even feel I did particularly well because I was unprepared when the call came through, but I was accepted through possibly due to my CV/Resume and my people skills in general. Next was an online personality assessment which I think was for matching your character to the company culture. I found that very simple. And finally a group online assessment with some leaders and other employees who selected amongst the smaller group of candidates. This included break-out rooms with more individual opportunities to speak with the managers/leaders.
