Good pay

Compared to other graduate roles in my area, HPE offers a competitive salary

Great for incentives, unsure if current pay is in line with market rate

Sales graduates are at risk with the ratio between base and commission. Which puts their salary at risk.

Because I am a graduate I have not experienced bonuses but I am very happy with my pay.

Initial pay was higher than average but pay progression is slow and doesn't keep up with inflation and cost of living. Especially with a 60% gurantee

Standard for a sales company, although the business is very consistent in terms of it's success, so we are quite firmly placed in the industry, and therefore rarely suffer from lower pay periods and have increased job security.
