Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Resolve technical issues (hardware/software) for internal/external clients.
  • Address service, product, and technical inquiries.
  • Manage customer problems via phone and e-support.
  • Document case summaries and resolutions in the Knowledge Management System.
  • Assist customers proactively to minimize issues.
  • Serve as the first contact for customer calls and emails.
  • Respond to and categorize incidents from HPE monitoring systems.
  • Perform diagnostics on IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Record incident details in the HPE Incident tracking system.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage communications.
  • Adhere to ITIL best practices.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Diploma degree, completed in 2023 or 2024.
  • Broad knowledge and passion for the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of computing, storage, and peripheral devices.
  • Proficiency with case management databases and tools.
  • Superior customer service skills and remote support experience.
