Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Gather and analyze customer technology infrastructure information in Data Centre Technologies.
  • Contribute to designing technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Adapt solution designs to new requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and partners.
  • Support account teams with product advice, proposals, and presentations.
  • Engage additional technical resources as needed.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent, completed within the last 12 months.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience or interest in sales and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and solution-focused discussions.
