Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Gather and analyze customer technology infrastructure information in Data Centre Technologies.
- Contribute to designing technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Adapt solution designs to new requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and partners.
- Support account teams with product advice, proposals, and presentations.
- Engage additional technical resources as needed.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent, completed within the last 12 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience or interest in sales and a passion for technology.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and solution-focused discussions.
