Your role

The Sales/ Business Graduate Program launches you into IT Operations and Sales. It aims to provide you with the opportunity to explore areas of interest you don’t even know exist yet by exposing you to different strategies and next-generation thinking.

The Program consists of Two (2) x 6-month rotations in different areas of specialization before landing a confirmed placement in the 2nd year of the program.

Program start date: February 2024

About you

Here's what HPE is looking for in this role: 

  • Completed and graduated within the last 1 year (Bachelor’s degree) - or will be completing your degree in 2023.  Any discipline will be considered, with a preference for Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, IT, and Computer Science
  • Are a well-rounded individual with the interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and partner with others under time constraints to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Are able to deliver effective presentations to get your ideas across
  • Are an effective communicator with good phone manners
  • Are resilient and assertive, able to handle objections
  • Are able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Are proficient in using office productivity tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Are an Australian Citizen at the time of application

It fluctuates - some weeks I really enjoy it when I have been given lots of tasks to do or new experiences to uncover, and some weeks I have nothing to do and I feel like I am adding no value to the team

    • The freedom that you get can be a downside if you are not willing to forge your own path. Be honest with yourself. If you are not the type of person to put yourself out of your comfort zone, you may find yourself bored in HPE, however if you can push the boundaries and are outgoing enough to take on responsibilities that are required, your career will thrive.
