Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Drive digital and written communications assets within the UKIMEA MD Office.
  • Collaborate with HPE Resource Groups and Site Leaders to enhance employee engagement.
  • Oversee budget and event coordination, ensuring alignment in stakeholder communication.
  • Focus on customer engagement programs, including development and tracking.
  • Produce internal videos and create branded communications using Adobe software.
  • Develop company magazines, posters, slide decks, and newsletters.
  • Maintain accurate content for key intranet sites and track budgets.
  • Coordinate events from planning to execution and provide analytical feedback.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree with a placement year option, aiming for a minimum 2:1 grade.
  • Preferably study communications, business management, graphic design, or film production.
  • Have experience or knowledge in video production and Adobe software.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit creativity, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK and available from July 2025 for 13 months.
