A fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise across all areas of law firm BD and marketing. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive team member to support the activities of the group.

Reporting into the Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communications, you will have a broad remit of responsibilities while being supported to grow and develop your skills and career.

We are a hands-on team that actively collaborates across tasks, however we foresee your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team, for example updating mailing lists, printing and distributing reports, tracking marketing activities.
  • Working closely with legal teams to plan and execute events such as in-house seminars and networking events.
  • Uploading and distributing website content and e-alerts.
  • Supporting BD and marketing projects, with the opportunity to manage and execute your own projects.
  • Responding to and actioning marketing queries received by the team.
  • Supporting legal staff with marketing and BD collateral required for events.
  • Client and industry research and reporting.
  • Assisting with the creation of BD collateral and submissions, such as tenders and proposals.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across the wider firm as you will work closely with all legal practice groups and support functions, while being a part of a dedicated BD

Your experience and skillset

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience working in a professional services (accounting or law) firm.
  • Experiencing managing corporate events.
  • Experience or tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, law or related field.
  • Ability to take the initiative and manage a wide array of simultaneous deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, driven and proactive.
  • Experienced in the full Microsoft Office suite.
