Our two-year program offers graduates a diverse, exciting and supportive environment designed to develop both your technical and behavioural capabilities, and prepare you to excel as the future leaders of the Jetstar business.

We offer two streams as part of the Graduate program. The Generalist stream offers the opportunity to have exposure to all the parts of our organization, which can include areas such as:

  • Engineering, 
  • Flight Operations, 
  • Airport Services, 
  • Customer Experience, 
  • Product, Digital and Marketing,
  • Safety, 
  • People and Communications, 
  • and Operations support. 

Our new Finance and Analytics stream may have you spending time in our Finance function, as well as using your analytical skills in other functions within the business such as IT, Networks or Digital to name a few. 

Both streams consist of four diverse rotations, and in each rotation you'll be given a range of opportunities that could find you leading your projects, collaborating with different areas of the business, presenting to senior stakeholders, performing analysis and executing new initiatives, as well as getting involved in community and inclusion projects. There may also be some domestic and international travel involved throughout the program.

My work is very project based, but sometimes I do tend to get involved in a lot of administrative tasks. On occasion, depending on work that comes my way, I may be out at the airport. However most of time is spent at the office.
