Working Hours at Jetstar

In my current rotation I am very satisfied with the amount with my work/life balance. My working hours generally are 8 to 8.5 hours, my manager always ensures I have a lot of work, but not enough that will drive me underground. In addition, I can work from home if I have to or need to. So, all in all, currently, I am very satisfied with my working hours and flexibility.

Very flexible with hours (flexi hours) but you can get stuck down to long hours over busy periods due to the high responsibility that is taken on by each employee

Varies depending on work and location, company is very flexible and accommodating

Very flexible - working from home, working at airport locations is done frequently

Very flexible. They do not want us working long hours.
