Driver demographic is primarily indian and mostly - there are initiatives to bring additional women into the driver space. There appears to be diversity throughout the company

Linfox places a heavy priority on these initiatives and it is evident through the company wide meetings which are held and monthly hr focuses that are presented in the workplaces, furthermore it is amazing to see that the diversity rated for women in management and as a larger proportion of the workplace is being talked about and seen, making an amazing impact on the industry
