National Law Graduate Program (Mar 2025)

We are committed and focused on building strong commercially minded lawyers who can work closely with clients and add value by understanding their businesses, challenges and growth opportunities.

We achieve this by providing our graduates with client exposure and hands on experience from day one. As a Macpherson Kelley graduate you might be visiting a client’s premises one day or front and centre at a mediation the next. The opportunities are endless, and we want to help you grow and succeed!

Some key things to note about the Macpherson Kelley graduate program:

• This is a full-time 12-month program based out of our Sydney office.
• You will complete practical legal training as part of our program and rotate across 4 different practice areas. This provides the unique opportunity to have exposure to a variety of work, clients, experiences and environments.
• You will receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from your peers and supervising Principals throughout the program with regular check ins along the way.
