The offices are quite paperless and there is a conscious effort to not be printing when its not necessary. Each staff member has a day of paid volunteer leave to encourage everyone to get involved with giving back to the community. A large percentage of the firm also donate a small portion of their salary each month towards chosen charities and initiatives.

The MK foundation is a great example of the firms commitment to social responsibility. MK also supports other charities and regularly involved with great social initiatives and are encouraging of us to where the opportunity arises volunteer even during work hours!

I have not worked on anything, however, we have the MK fund which supports organisations. It would be fantastic if we could have a pro bono arm to support this and increase our CSR.

Our employee runs a Foundation which provides financial support and assistance to a Charity of choice each month. That charity comes in and speaks about the work they do and how our contribution assists.
