Diversity at Macpherson Kelley

The firm is quite diverse and has employees from all different backgrounds.

From my experience, diversity seems to be great and you can really tell the company is always trying to improve.

Gender diversity is great around the firm, but doesn't hire based on diversity criteria

MK has a great retention level and a lot of people return after leaving.

The company is committed to gender equality in the office. I was pleased to see many women in the company, and many of those in leadership roles. Staff often leave early, work from home or have non-working days to accommodate childcare, and these factors do not seem to be a bar to promotion.

It is a very diverse company. Everyone is very respectful of peoples backgrounds and encouraging of our differnces.
