I have had excellent managers who have provided excellent learning opportunities and taken a genuine interest in my career.

My managers are accessible and approachable. They make good mentors but could be more involved with performance feedback.

I think the addition of a HR officer in Brisbane specifically would be a great benefit.

This again depends on the team during the rotation. My current team is great and everyone gives \ feedback on every task.
