The business school is a great tool to build commercial acumen and general commercial knowledge.

The on the job training has been excellent. I have learnt a lot since commencing with MK.

A helpful advice drafting training session was held for graduates and junior lawyers.

This again depends on the team during the rotation. My current team is great.

Plenty of sessions early on, but didn't feel confident in using systems to their full potential

Learn a lot every day. There is an extensive induction process and support is always available.

The Business Bootcamp was fantastic for developing commercial skills and the formal and informal legal training has been fantastic for the development of my skills.

Lunch time seminars as well as optional training available to all employees.

Lacklustre formal training (virtually non-existent). All training is informal and on the job, which has been very valuable. Cannot comment on whether the firm's informal training is better than others, but don't imagine this would be the case.
