About the Program

Returning for 2023, we are very excited to open up applications again for our Future Associates Program, commencing in February 2023. A permanent role supported by an initial 12-month development program that lets you build your own journey as you embark on your career in tech, the Future Associates program acts as the perfect springboard to kick-start your career.

At Mantel Group, we believe that your career path is as unique as you and that’s why we co-design your graduate career to ensure that we enable you to be the best you can be (and love what you’re doing at the same time!)

• Want to rotate to gain experience and exposure to different tech, no problems!
• Set on diving deep into your preferred expertise now rather than rotate, we’ve got you covered!

However you want to structure your first 12 months with Mantel, we’ll support you on the journey.

All Future Associates will become part of Peak Academy; our in-house learning and development program that supports your professional and technical growth and like our program, is tailored to fit. We create a plan unique to you, so you only complete the training that enables you to grow and achieve your professional and personal goals.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have any of the following;

• Interested in a career in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data or Design
• Looking to launch your career in tech after graduating with a degree (undergrad or postgrad)
• Will have completed a bootcamp or certificate/diploma within the last 12 months
• Are a self-taught tech whizz with demonstrated skills to backup your talents

Please note, in order to be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, or have full working rights in the form of a Temporary Partner visa.
