As the Customer Data Analyst, you will understand the power of data to generate quality customer insights, manage information, identify trends, and make decisions. Reporting to the Customer Analytics Manager, you will support and enable Personalisation and Loyalty initiatives through the provision of data and analytics. This may take the form of extracts, dashboards, forecasts, and data mining, as well as providing administrative support, such as training and documentation.
