Diversity at nbn

The graduate program recruits are very diverse.

NBN is a diverse organization. The respect for everyone and anyone is great and there have been no issues where discrimination as occurred from what I have witnessed.

There's all kinds of folks at the company, and HR's got a laser focus on inclusion.

There is diversity in gender and race throughout the company, however the higher up you go it seems that the diversity only appears in relation to gender, could be improved.

In terms of caring about diversity, it is a 10, but as for implementation, I would say it could be improved. They do not truly care about diversity of thoughts or opinion, just physical characteristics.

Offer learning and opportunities to allow for less privileged backgrounds to get a chance.

Holds workshop events and has great community engagement.

I believe there are many programs to help people from less privileged backgrounds, but I am not 100%
