📅 Some Key Dates
If you’re a successful candidate, you will be invited to a few meet-and-greets before you start in February 2025!
I really enjoyed it, not what I had imagined but it has made me more proactive and vocal i.e. calling stores and administration task.
Graduate Agronomy Program: I usually spend two to four weeks in different departments including varying aspects of farm management. Later on this will include HR, markets and distribution.
I spend a month training in each department related to aspects of the farming business. Much of the work itself is very repetitive and labour intensive.

Environment & Agriculture
For 45years, Perfection Fresh has operated as a privately owned business with a long history in agriculture and horticultural innovation in Australia.
Friendly work environment, hybrid work and flexible working times.
Respect for individual autonomy when given a project to work on - lots of support from the team for any questions or technical help needed - many learning opportunities, extra projects to jump onto if wanted - very hands on, doing a variety of tasks that are in different business areas e.g. working in NPD kitchen for recipe testing, going to the warehouse, in office - doing something different everyday, it's exciting!
Flexibility and there is so much to learn. The best thing is working with people who are more experienced than you, because they are so knowledgeable and experienced.
It is quite overwhelming coming in as a graduate. You realize that there is a lot that you don't know, that you need to learn quick. But at the same time, I'd rather be pushed than spoon fed for the whole graduate programme.
The reality is you will spend a lot of time in front of the screen, so making sure to take breaks.
We are working early in the morning and the reason is because we are produce company, so trading happens early in the morning.
