Application Process & Interviews at Perfection Fresh Australia

There was a computer assessment, interview on zoom and interview in person.

It was relaxed and friendly, which helped me to relax.

After applying through seek, I received an email to do a personality test, was invited to zoom meeting and than in-person interview.

Initial phone screening, interview with two HR reps, interview with two C-suites.

Interview process was quite long. There was a phone interview and two face-to-face interviews.

How your experiences demonstrate your experience?

Why do you want to join the company? How will your previous experience be translated into this role? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time - what was a weakness / feedback in your previous role and how did you handle it? What was the last fruit / vegetable you bought and what did you do to cook / prepare it?

Questions about my background, experiences and education. I was asked a range of questions about how I respond in certain situations and also asked about my aspirations and what motivates me.

They asked about current roles, experiences (difficult experiences you have and how you manage the issues) and why you chose to/want to work here.

My strengths, previous experience, what I could bring to the company, where I saw myself in 5 years time.

What do you know about Perfection? Why do you want to work for us? What are your long term goals? Why agriculture? Quite generic questions, but there were lots of follow up questions from your responses.

Always have questions for them, you are also interviewing them.

Definitely research the company as much as possible, this will help you relate your skills and experience to the role during the interview.

Be confident and remember its not just them interviewing you as you are also interviewing them to see if this is the best role for you, so make sure to prepare questions and do your research.

Get to know the company, what they do, what they stand for, what's important to them.

Know what the company does and why you want to be in this field. But biggest advice would be to just be yourself and be honest. You're interviewing them just as much as they're interviewing you - if they don't like your priorities or thoughts, then you're not the right fit for each other.
