I think the pay for the graduate program is very competitive.

I think the starting salary is very good. There are yearly reviews, and with that, appropriate bonuses/pay raises.

The company were fantastic in helping me relocate for the role. They paid for my first two weeks accommodation and reimbursed my expenses for the 3-day induction.
