Managers will vary from team to team but most at Perpetual are highly accessible and down to earth and all are open to getting coffee and meeting you if you are new.

All senior leaders are very approachable and easy to talk to.

I have found being on the graduate program gives you really good access to managers. Managers are also very willing to meet up to give advice and chat.
