Application Process & Interviews at Perpetual

2 face to face interviews, including an assessment centre

Five or more rounds: online application, psychometric testing (logic, verbal and numerical plus Myers Briggs), online video interview, phone interview, assessment center (group interview and individual interview) and possibly further individual interviews.

Lengthy interview process consisting of online application, psychometric testing, video interview, phone interview, assessment centre and follow up interview.

Behavioural Questions

Questions about school, my degree, work experience, behavioral questions

Strengths and weaknesses, what Perpetual division you were interested in and why, why work at Perpetual?

Why are you interested in Perpetual? What was your greatest achievement to date and why? What is the greatest challenge you have faced and how did you handle the situation?

Behavioural questions such as 'describe a time when you have had to use teamwork'.

Understand which division you are applying for

Prepare for behavioral questions

Research the company and the values of the company

Practice interviews and pre-prepare questions to ensure you are well equipped. Also practice psychometric testing.

Research the 3 divisions to make sure you know what each involves as you have to make a selection of what division you want to go into.
