We are well placed to assist clients in navigating the acquisition, divestment, indirect tax processes efficiently and effectively with a view to mitigating tax risks and enhancing opportunities.
We offer tailored solutions to each transaction to balance the practical priorities of our clients with the need to investigate and manage tax exposure.
Position Summary
Our tax graduates begin their professional careers assisting the senior accountants and manager in relation to the tax compliance work including preparation of the tax return, undertaking income and indirect tax review and tax advice.

About You
Working on corporate valuations, due diligence or advisory work.
Launch insolvency appointments by drafting and finalising initial correspondence to external parties.
